Ehsan Ghoreishi

I am a Ph.D. student in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech under the supervision of Professor Tom Hou. My research lies at the intersection of wireless communications, optimization, and machine learning, with a focus on the design of intelligent resource allocation algorithms for next-generation wireless networks.
Prior to joining Virginia Tech, I earned my B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology (IUT), Isfahan, Iran, in 2021.
My current work explores deep reinforcement learning (DRL) frameworks for URLLC/eMBB coexistence in 5G and beyond, real-time GPU-based system implementations, and scalable scheduling solutions within the Open RAN (O-RAN) architecture.
